Woman runs up to the day before delivery. This woman inspires ME!
Julie Boyce Meadows, a woman who enjoys running. She likes to work towards a long term goal, one in particular is running marathons. Why Marathons? Well to be able to work towards this long term goal, one must set short term goals
to focus on. In the end, the preparation made through many short term goals gives her the ability to see it through to a finish.
While expecting a baby, (a little boy which she had this summer) she like so many others, have chosen to keep up their exercise programs not only for their health but also for the welfare of their unborn little one. After seeing her doctor she was given the ok to continue running her already 6 miles a day all the way through pregnancy.
Julie, being a woman who loves to set goals, wondered what challenge could she set for herself now? When this realization came to her. You see, it is all about creating a new picture, idea in your mind. A different outlook. She did have a marathon to train for...the pregnancy marathon.
